ADMISSION PROCEDURE:

 GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:

Registrations for admissions will be open from 1st October 2025 at 6:00 PM.

1. Registration form can be downloaded from the below mentioned link and filled in form must be mailed to:
   frontoffice.pcecr@aquamarine-stingray-366952.hostingersite.com
2. Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interaction.
3. A nominal amount must be paid in cash towards the processing fee at the time of interaction.
4. The following documents to be submitted along with the registration form on the day of interaction.

• Copy of Birth Certificate.
• Copy of ward’s Aadhar Card
• A copy of any one of the following documents for Address Proof:
  1. Ration Card
  2. Passport
  3. Aadhar Card
  4. Driving License
  5. Valid Rental Agreement/Ownership details.
  6. Latest EB Bill/LPG Bill/Telephone, Mobile Bill.

5. Parents may keep a photocopy of the registration form for their record.

AGE CRITERIA FOR ADMISSION INTO PRE-KG & LKG:

1. Admissions open for children in the age group of 2 ½ to 3 ½ years. As of 1st June 2023, the child should have completed 2 ½ years for PreKG and 3 ½ years for LKG.
2. Children born before 1st December 2020 (PreKG) and 1st December 2019 (LKG) only are eligible.
3. No exemption will be made even if the child is younger by a day.
