ADMISSION PROCEDURE FOR THE A.Y 2027-28

Admission Procedure for PLAY GROUP – UKG

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:

Only ONLINE registration will be accepted.
Shortlisted students will be intimated via email.
Printed copy of the application form and the required documents to be submitted at the School office, on the date intimated in the mail.
Class UKG will study both Kannada and Hindi.

Age Criteria for classes PLAY GROUP, NURSERY,LKG, & UKG

The application of any child who does not fall within the above specified date / age category will not be accepted.

DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED WITH THE REGISTRATION FORM:

Self-attested Photocopy of the Birth Certificate of child
Two recent passport size color photographs of child.
Copy of Aadhaar Card of child & both parents (Self-attested)
Proof of residence – A self-attested photocopy of the Electoral card/Driving License/Passport/Electricity Bill (Originals of these documents required for verification).
Vaccination record (Applicable for all classes)
Health Report of child (If the child needs special medical attention)
Proof of class studying in current school – Study Certificate (LKG, UKG) Progress Report (classes UKG and above)
An amount of Rs. 600/- must be paid as application processing fee at the time of submission of filled-in forms. This must be presented only as Cash/Demand Draft favoring PSBB Learning Leadership Academy payable at Bangalore.
