The admission is generally open only for Pre KG in the month of November every year.
RECOMMENDATION OF ANY KIND WILL DIRECTLY DISQUALIFY THE STUDENT ADMISSIONS ARE PURELY BASED ON MERIT AND VACANCY

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR ADMISSIONS FOR PRE-KG TO CLASS XI FOR THE
ACADEMIC YEAR 2026-27
ADMISSION PROCEDURE FOR CLASSES PREKG TO XI :
1. REGISTRATION FORM:
- Only Online registration.
- The link for online registration will open in our website.
- Parents must read the instructions carefully before filling the online
registration form. - Parents applying for siblings must mention the USN of the child studying in
the school. - Data provided on the online application will be the final.
- Please make a note of the automatically generated number of the registration
form. - Print a copy of the same and submit it at the School Office (GBKM Campus)
within 3 days of downloading the form. - Parents to keep a photocopy of the registration form for their record.
2. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR THE KINDERGARTEN :

- The application of any child who does not fall within the
above specified date / age category will not be accepted.
3. DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:
1. All Registration forms must be submitted with a Photocopy copy of the Birth
Certificate and 2 recent stamp-sized photographs of the child.
2. A copy of address proof must be submitted along with the application. The original
document must be brought for verification. You may submit a copy of any of the
following documents:
- Ration Card
- Passport
- Aadhar Card
- Driving License
- Valid Rental Agreement/Ownership details.
- Latest EB Bill
3. Short listed candidates will be intimated through email/phone call with further details.
- ORIGINALS OF THE DOCUMENTS MENTIONED IN POINT 3 TO BE PRODUCED
FOR VERIFICATION AT THE TIME OF INTERACTION/ENTRANCE EXAMINATION.

COMMERCE STREAM:
Option D: (English Core, Business Studies, Accountancy, Economics, Applied Maths)
Option E: (English Core, Business Studies, Accountancy, Economics, Mathematics)
Option F : (English Core, Business Studies, Accountancy, Economics, Entrepreneurship )
Option G :(English Core , Business Studies, Accountancy, Economics, Computer Science)

The interested parents are requested to fill in the registration form online.
The duly filled in application form along with a copy of the following documents to be
submitted at the admission desk within 3 days of registration.
- Candidate’s Aadhaar Card
- Class IX Final Marks Card
- Class X Term I Pre-Board Marks
An Aptitude Test based on concepts learnt in class X, will be conducted in the following subjects.
Science Stream:
- English Language & Literature, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Computer Science
Commerce Stream:
- English Language & Literature, General Awareness and Mathematics (For Option D & E)
- English Language & Literature , General Awareness (For Option F )
- English Language & Literature , General Awareness and Computer Science(For Option G)
5. FOR ALL OTHER CLASSES:
ADMISSIONS INTO CLASSES OTHER THAN PRE-KG ARE SUBJECT TO VACANCIES
AND FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS. YOU CAN START APPLYING NOW AND AN
ENTRANCE TEST IS BEING CONDUCTED AS AND WHEN WE RECEIVE REQUEST
FOR ADMISSION FOR CLASSES 1 TO 11.

- A processing fee of Rs.500(Cash)
- Printed copy of the Application form with recent passport size colour photograph of the student duly affixed.
- Copy of Birth Certificate
- Copy of Aadhaar Card
- Copy of Report Card of the previous class from the previous school for admissions into classes 1 to 11
- CBSE Registration Number for class IX and XI(LOC) if the admission is sought beyond the month of August
- A copy of ANY ONE of the following documents for Address Proof:
