ADMISSION PROCEDURE FOR CLASSES SISHUVATIKA TO XI
1. REGISTRATION FORM:
- Only Online registration.
- The link for online registration will open in our website.
- Parents must read the instructions carefully before filling the online registration form.
- Parents applying for siblings must mention the USN of the child studying in the school.
- Data provided on the online application will be the final.
- Please make a note of the automatically generated number of the registration form.
- Print a copy of the same and submit it at the School Office (GBKM Campus) within 3 days of downloading the form.
- Parents to keep a photocopy of the registration form for their record.
2. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR THE KINDERGARTEN:

- The application of any child who does not fall within the above specified date / age category will not be accepted.
3. DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:
(i)All Registration forms must be submitted with a Photocopy copy of the Birth Certificate, 2 recent stamp-sized photographs of the child, child’s Aadhaar Card
(ii)Class IX Final Marks for students seeking admission into class X
(iii) Pre-Board Marks of class X for students seeking admission into class XI
(iv)A copy of any valid address proof document must be submitted along with the application. The original document must be brought for verification.
(v)Short listed candidates will be intimated through phone call with further details.
- ORIGINALS OF THE DOCUMENTS MENTIONED IN POINT 3 TO BE PRODUCED FOR VERIFICATION AT THE TIME OF INTERACTION/ENTRANCE EXAMINATION.

Registrations for admissions will be open from 1st October 2025 at 6:00 PM.
Admissions are purely based on merit and vacancy.
Admissions are open for classes PKG to Std XI
Only ONLINE Registration is available.

3. Parents applying for siblings must mention the USN (Unique Student Number) of the child studying in our school.
4. Data provided on the online application will be the final.
5. Please make a note of the automatically generated number of the registration form. Print a copy of the Registration Form.
6. Submission of the following documents are mandatory with the registration form at the time of interaction.
- A processing fee of Rs.500(Cash)
- Printed copy of the Application form with recent passport size colour photograph of the student duly affixed.
- Copy of Birth Certificate
- Copy of Aadhaar Card
- Copy of Report Card of the previous class from the previous school for admissions into classes 1 to 11
- CBSE Registration Number for class IX and XI(LOC) if the admission is sought beyond the month of August
- A copy of ANY ONE of the following documents for Address Proof:
1. Ration Card
2. Passport
3. Adhar Card
4. Driving License
5. Valid Rental Agreement/Ownership details.
6. Latest EB Bill/LPG Bill/Telephone/Mobile Bill.
7. Parents to keep a photocopy of the registration form for their record.
